It sounds a bit cliché, but 15 years ago Holder began as a family-startup in the attic of the family home. That atmosphere is still there: strongly informal! Despite a total of 100 direct and indirect colleagues, the communication lines are short.You get a lot of freedom and work independently. We find it important that new Holderians feel at home. Working on socks or flip flops? No problem! That's the only way to deliver the quality we pursue.
