The Holderians describe themselves as a sociable and committed club of friends with a great passion for their profession. The turnover is low and new employees quickly feel at home thanks to the onboarding process. Even with the enormous growth of recent times, everyone is well in place. In order to ensure that this continues and the Holderians are challenged enough, performance reviews take place on a regular basis.
A more complete performance appraisal interview
The feedback and performance tool Impraise was used for the performance appraisals, but this did not meet the wishes of the HR department. The focus of Impraise is on feedback and the HR department was looking for a tool that focuses more on the functioning as a whole. Holder developed a completely new application for the onboarding process. The logical next step was therefore to develop their own feedback and performance application of the same quality.
The Hub Performance
The 'Hub Performance' is, as the name suggests, a feedback and performance tool that goes far beyond any other feedback and performance tool. Invited guests receive an invitation to the platform, on which they have their own dashboard. On this personal dashboard, both the manager and the employee provide separate figures and feedback for the job-specific competencies of the employee. The average figure is calculated automatically. You can stop filling in at any time and close the application. Saving manually is a thing of the past. The system does that automatically.

As soon as the employee presses 'submit', the manager can view the feedback. Conversely, this is not the case. The employee only sees the feedback during the performance appraisal interview. During the performance appraisal interview, the manager and employee follow the feedback and set out action points for the coming period. After the interview, the application automatically sends the review to the HR department. Making changes afterwards is not possible without approval from both parties. This makes fraud impossible.
With this tool, managers can easily keep track of individual and team performance reports. Everything is fully digitized, 100% in the cloud and in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
Tool for every HR department
Before the development started, the complete process was 100% elaborated in various brainstorming sessions. In the first week it was proof of concept and in the next three weeks the application was fully developed. During the development period, the HR department regularly updated. By developing the application on a no-code platform, adjustments were made easily. Rapid application development, testing and customization ensured that the application fits 100% with the wishes of the HR department.

The application is designed so flexibly that any other organization can easily use it. You can easily implement the application within a day. The only thing that needs to be done is to add the organizational structure, including the managers and associated employees and competencies.
For the next version of the Hub Performance a number of useful features are planned. For example, the possibility of direct feedback and peer review, with which employees can give each other feedback, is implemented.
